FIVE KEYS TO UNLOCK HAPPINESS

Everyone deserves to be happy irrespective of situation within and outside of our vicinity. Happiness is priceless no wonder Dalai Lama XIV once said that “happiness is not something ready-made, it comes from your own actions.” On that note, we searched for those actions as keys that can unlock happiness in every man.

*MEDITATION: Set out a particular time of the day when there will be no distractions, so you can focus your mind for a period of time in silence. For a deep thought about happenings in your personal life, family, career and spiritually. Also, you can just let go of all worries and relax without distractions. This will help position your mind and soul for a better day ahead.
*EXERCISE: The benefit of exercising our body cannot be overemphasized. It relief us from all the stress of the day. It boost our happiness level and that helps us to rest well. You should endeavor to keep to a timely routine exercise, this will help improve memory, increase strength and ultimately increase your self-confidence.

*SMILING: Smiling and laughing can have a positive effect on your well-being, but as you make the transition from child to adult, you often tend to lose the habit of indulging in these behaviors. A good example of this is a children’s playground, you often see the kids running around, constantly laughing and smiling as they enjoy living in the moment, while the parents sit around the edge, full of the stresses that modern life can bring, with the occasional grin breaking their otherwise serious facial expressions. Adults can benefit from taking a lead from children and making more room in life for smiling and laughter.

*RENDER HELP TO OTHERS: Volunteering your time, money, or energy to help others doesn’t just make the world better—it also makes you better. Studies indicate that the very act of giving boosts your happiness, health, and sense of well-being. Endeavor to render assistance to others without forgetting yourself.

*FOLLOW YOUR PASSION: From the words of Richard Branson which says “There is no greater thing you can do with your life and your work than follow your passions – in a way that serves the world and you.” Wherever you find your passion always ensure that it serves you right and other people can benefit from it.

Thank you for your time...If you have been blessed and refreshed by this write-up, kindly share with others.
