TEAM MATES

There is nothing like ‘Self-made’...never believe in that...in life we need certain people who will directly or indirectly help us become who we are destined to be. They are our Team mates. These are the people we should include in our success team.

God

In a team there must be a Coach. Let God be the coach in your team. A coach supervises, listens and gives guidelines to other teammates. So give God a chance in your life. Talk to Him in prayer, share dreams and aspirations with Him. He knows them but He wants you to express your level of understanding so He can give you ways to accomplish them at the right time. Let God be the coach.

Parent

Your Parent is naturally your Technical Advisers. They help shape our humble beginnings. They help us become a brave and strong person to a level where we can carry on with our life. So you need to share your ideas with them. Be good to them, let them pray for you.

Spouse

If you are mature to nurture a relationship I congratulate you. Even the Bible confirm the essence of two people in (a Relationship where) ‘two good heads are better than one’. A genuine spouse will serve as energizer, one that encourage, assist, standby and pray with you. In the journey of life we all need a motivating companion who will each morning give us that push for success because we often get weary in the pursuit of happiness.

Be with someone who brings out the best in you, not the stress in you. When you are less stressed, you will be able to think creatively.

 

Mentor

In a football team there are some players referred to as senior players. Simply because they have more experience than others in the team. For example, Didier Drogba is a senior player in the 2015 Chelsea Football Club team. He has achieved in the game. He will be needed in the team to advise and also lead the squad to success. In the same approach, you need to learn from someone who has achieved positively in your chosen field. It’s not necessary that you need to meet the person. Sometimes all you need is to read about them, learn from them and you will be able to identify the obstacles and ways to overcome them. With that you are going to have an easy ride to success.

 

Finally, when success comes never forget, ignore or abandon any of your teammates and don’t ever believe you did it all by yourself (Self-made). So love and respect your team mates.
