WASH PROTECT AND PREVENT

Last night I was browsing through some health tips and I found out that if one could contract Ebola through body fluids such as sweat, then that means there is a form of fluid transmission when you sit up tight beside someone (especially in a public bus) even if the person is without Ebola.
It’s advisable you always have your bath whenever you return home from work, school, church, mosque, market, football field etc.

Washing your hands can prevent illness, using water alone is not enough. Always use soap to wash your hands before and after eating and whenever you are done using the toilet to prevent illness.
Let's educate our family members and friends on simple health tips such as:
   *Bathing regularly (morning and night)
*Hand washing with soap after returning home.
   *Good use of handkerchief
   *Clean environment and clothes
   *Use of Deodorants, Hand-Sanitizers,
*Routine Exercise such as jogging, walking, swimming and push-ups.
Encourage your children and domestic staff to make good use of the aforementioned tips.

Lots of people are suffering because they were not expose/enlighten to simple health tips such as this...it’s a privilege, so help rebroadcast this page and you would have saved someone's life.
                           Cleanliness is next to holiness!
