MESSI: 10TH WONDER OF THE WORLD

The Federation Internationale De Football Association, FIFA, in glamourous ceremony announced Lionel Messi as the 2015 Men’s World Player of the Year. Messi clinched his 5^th Ballon D’or ahead of his great rival Cristiano Ronaldo and his Barcelona team mate Neymer.

It was indeed a beautiful and historic night for FIFA and Messi picking up the Award for a 5^th time record that looks impossible to break anytime soon.

In his acceptance speech, he noted that "I never imagined this in my wildest dreams. A lot has changed since 2009, quite a few years have passed.  I want to share with the people of Argentina and Barcelona the emotion of this award. People have always supported me and I thank them."
