WEEKENDDISH: ‘B-SMOOTHIES'

Hello dear, I believe you had an amazing week like I did. Thanks to God Almighty! This weekend will surely be a superb one for maximum relaxation! I realized that we often spend money at eateries on ice cream and smoothies. Do you know you can make a healthy smoothie in the comfort of your home? That’s a great idea, I tell you!

This weekend, let your family and friends have a taste of your special smoothie!
Recently, I have enjoyed my healthy home-made smoothie nice and cool on my sofa.
So let’s make what I tag ‘B-Smoothie’. The ingredients are affordable and available in your neighborhood.
1.     Banana
2.     Pineapple
3.     Evaporated milk
4.     Water
Steps:
Peel your Bananas and cut them into chunks and put them in a bowl. Slice your pineapple into chunks as well and pour into the bowl. Mix and rinse them in water.
Pour the banana and pineapple into your blender, then blend. Once the content is thoroughly blended, pour in your evaporated milk and water to your taste. Then blend them together. It’s ready! Pour into a glass and serve.

Hmm, what a delight!
It is a healthy drink, good for everyone in the family.
