WEEKENDDISH: WATERMELON MIX

Like the very popular saying that “Health is Wealth”, we all need to take good care of our health even if we don’t have our desired wealth yet.  Na with better health person go fit enjoy comfortable wealth abi ki le ni mo so?
Today, I want to share with you a ‘Home-Made’ drink I developed passions for recently and it has always help to calm my nerves after a long day!
I call it Watermelon-Mix. It is easy to mix and affordable.
It is my personal mixture; you can as well give it any name of your choice. 

 INGREDIENTS:
3 cups cubed seedless watermelon
Evaporated Milk (or your favorite sweetener), to taste

Wash the Watermelon and slice them into cubes. You need to take time to remove all the seed in the Watermelon before blending.
Put Watermelon cubes into your blender. Blend them and add evaporated milk to taste, if needed, and blend again. Pour drink into two glasses over ice cubes. Serve.
Hmm, tastes so good. Give it a try this weekend; remember to share the drink with family and friends.
