The Friendly Hug

Few days ago, I saw on the front pages of some national dailies the amazing picture of President Ebele Jonathan and General Muhammad Buhari ‘locked’ in a warm embrace to promote a violence free elections. 

That’s quite thoughtful of the brain behind the ‘Hug’ idea because I believe this will send a clear message to the general public that our political titans are friends and associates. So don’t kill yourself ‘for their name sakes’.

On feBUHARI 14, sorry February 14, make sure you get your Permanent Voters’ Card, PVC, go to your polling unit, cast your vote and watch your vote. Never go violent, be polite and considerate to other voters. The political aspirants are probably having a glass of champagne and you should as well sip your ‘kunu’ or ‘zobo’ as available.
