TEN QUESTIONS

Our foremost edition of Ten Questions is an interview with the award winning Sports Journalist in Oyo State.  He recently won the award for BEST YORUBA SPORTS ANALYST. Let’s get to know him more. Excerpts:
BYS: Can we meet you please?
Olawale: My name is Olawale Abideen Hamzat
BYS:  What do you do?
Olawale: Presently I'm a freelance presenter. I work with both MITV Ibadan and Raypower FM 95.1 Ibadan.

BYS:   What programme do you present?  
Olawale: Both on TV and Radio it’s called Iroyin Ere Idaraya.

BYS: How long have you been hosting the shows?
Olawale: Three years for TV and a year for Radio.
BYS:  For the past three years what has kept you going?
Olawale:  It’s been my passion for the job
BYS:  Tell us about the award you won recently?
Olawale:  It’s the Oyo State Sports Media Award, The Best Yoruba Sports Analyst

BYS: How do you feel winning the award?
Olawale: I feel happy and I am so excited.
BYS:  Now that the award is here, what next?
Olawale: The award has motivated me to do more for our esteemed listeners and viewers, because some people are listening and watching somewhere which I don't know. To be sincere, the award is still a surprise to me and I promise to improve on my presentations.
BYS:  So who are you dedicating the award to?
Olawale: I dedicate the award to my esteemed viewers and listeners. I need their prayers too.
