Samuel Adaraniwon, beside being my very good friend was my course mate during our academic sojourn in Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta. And Tosin, well, we weren't close because she's obviously reserved.
Then in school, our classroom was filled with students who had their ND programme in the institution and those who had theirs from other schools. Therefore, we had two kinds of students; Home based and 'Foreigners'. Sam and I were from the latter. But Tosin na home based.
Due to this common differences, the leaders in the class sat down to see into the differences and providing a synergy because we were all in the same struggle; academic excellence. Hence, Global Village, the eventual umbrella name for our set was formed. The set, under the umbrella name 'Global Villagers' carried out numerous projects which had a positive impact on our department, Mass Communication, and the entire institution.

Without much ado, Samuel and Tosin's synergy and now their holy matrimony coming up tomorrow (24th August, 2013) will globally crown the height of UNITY and mutual understanding shared in the Global Village. Here is a warm congratulations to Samuel and Oluwatosin Adaraniwon, and specially to all Global Villagers home and abroad. In unity? Cheers.
