Living Without Worries

Everyone alive have one or two problems…and what most people do about their problems is worry! Why worry…instead make plans or seek help…remember no one is an Island…we all need each other to stay alive!  

So, take a critical look at the Cycle above and worry less…worry won’t solve the problem…make plans or request for help!
